Sea Breeze Villa, newly built on Ocean View Drive, Little Exuma Bahamas.
Its one block back from the beach with gorgeous sea views out across the sand dunes to Turtle Rock and the ocean beyond.
There are three bedrooms finished with comfort in mind and creating a peaceful and relaxing envioroment. All the bedrooms are on the ground floor, allowing the main attraction to be the upstairs open plan living area, with 360 degree views of the surrounding landscape.
Sea Breeze has two fabulously big terraces for your exclusive use, the downstairs is screened off, and the upstairs terrace has a range of furniture for dining and a swing seat to lounge on!
To keep you cool the flooring is finished in coral stone throughout, which is lovely underfoot. every room has a ceiling fan, and just incase you don't have the welcoming sea breeze to cool you down, we have air conditioning in every room.

The upsatirs living area is amazing its 24ft x 42ft, with a 20ft high vaulted ceiling finished in red cedar. Lots of comfy sofas, dining area and open plan kitchen, with a central cooking island
There's cable TV, DVDs and a library to pass the time, and don't forget the pool table if your feeling energetic!
The grounds have been left with the natural island flora and fauna, except for a couple of areas that we have decked and added in some planting.
The rear of the house has a cabana with a hammock and bbq area. Sun loungers are also provided for when you find the hammock too relaxing!!
The beach is a 2 min walk away through the dunes, the Tropic of Cancer beach is spectacular probably the best on the island, we've never seen more than six people on it at any one time!
This villa is not for you if you are looking for over crowded, over developed, busy night club hotspots - as you won't find it in the Exumas!
What you will find is a charming island full of freindly locals, lots of yatchties, its relaxing and the highlight of the day will be finding a sand dollar at Coco Plum beach, buying a rum cake from Doris in Williamstown or spotting a heron looking for land crabs!
We hope you will come and stay soon.
