'The main living area is on the first floor, its open plan 25ft by 40ft, lots of comfy sofas to watch a movie in the evening on the flat screen TV, we have cable and a dvd player for your use.There is also a stereo system for cds and an Ipod dock too. So if you just want to read a book and look out to sea. From the first floor you can walk straight onto the balcony where we have loungers and a swing seat and patio table with chairs, perfect for watching the world go by.

The kitchen area has been equipped to the highest standards with a KitchenAid stove and hob, all the usual microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine,blender, many cooking implements and plenty of crockery. We even have plastic plates and bowls for outdoor use.
The kitchen overlooks the living area and is a very sociable place to be.
We also have a gas bar b que for the patio and deck if you want to be really healthy!
The dining table can seat eight if required, and has marvelous views out across the local area and sea.
In the Bahama room we have a fabulous pool table ready to go, a fridge just waiting to be stocked with beer and wine, a coffee machine incase you don't want to go upstairs!
We also have a tennis table top for the pool table but you will have to be very strong to lift it into place!
From the Bahama room you can go onto the front porch and sit on comfy loungers or watch the humming birds in the garden.
